In 1979, Michael Kim began his budding career as Real Estate Salesperson at Holiday Real Estate located on Richmond Avenue in Staten Island, NY. The next year, Michael moved onto work under the wings of then well known Jerry Kaplan Company at 475 Fifth Ave, NYC as Business Broker. Simultaneously at the same period working for Jerry Kaplan, he worked with Rols Capital as a Financial Consultant.

In 1985, Michael decided to start his own business and named it Hotline Business Consultants with its first office located at 830 Sixth Ave, New York City, NY. He focused his business on Condo and Co-op, Commercial Building Sales, Financing for Commercial Mortgage, Retail Business and Business Loans. In 1997, Hotline Business Consultants transferred names to become Kore Consulting Inc. Its new location was established at 330 Seventh Ave, New York, NY and built itself on expanding its previous business to include New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Its main focus was going to be largely on Commercial Financing, Commercial Sales and Business Sales/ Business Loans.

In the past 30 years, Michael's endeavors have accumulated to serving more than 1,000 closings for Financing and Sales and have served a total of approximately 5,000 clients of various nationalities and cultures. In the Real Estate circle, Michael Kim has built an infallible reputation based on Integrity, Sincerity, Clarity and utmost level of Commitment for nearly 3 decades.

In Jan, 2007, Kore Consulting Inc. moved onto expand its reach to encompass New Jersey. Kore Consultants now services the local community from its second office and is located in Palisades Park, NJ. Kore Consultants continues to follow the dedication Michael has built his past reputation on.
